Fun Day!

Well in case you don't know what I do, I teach K-2 exceptional needs students . It's a very rewarding, but challenging job! Today, the Shriners put on a free day at the Florida State Fair for exceptional needs students in Hillsborough County. So yes, we went on a field trip to the fair with tons and I saw tons of other kids. Luckily, I didn't lose any children and everyone was safe. It was quite a fun, but tiring day. I got to ride the Ferris wheel, kiddie roller coasters, tea cup spinners, do obstacle courses, and all kinds of other rides with my students. It was so neat to see the excitement on their faces and see them being so brave...many of them have never done anything like this before.
